I went into the venture of hiring a personal training with a degree of scepticism and a lot of pre-conceived ideas. I thought it was for people who thought they could ‘buy’ their way to a happier, healthier lifestyle and that lifting weights was for ego-driven muscle heads who found a compensatory factor was brought into their lives by exercising their physical muscle as opposed to their intellect. After a few weeks with Kagan, I am glad to now realise how entirely wrong I was. My situation was a bit unique, but not uncommon.
If you’ve ever half-thought about getting a Personal Trainer, go see Kagan, you won’t regret it (I certainly don’t!!).
